How to weave your initials into paper

First get 4 Pieces of paper, 2 for each color of your choosing. Then on the pieces of paper that you want to be your background color. Mark equally spaced lines up and down on the paper. Like follows.

Next, Cut along the middle of each line to make slits in the paper, shown in red here.

Now, with your second sheet of paper, cut it into equally spaced strips of paper to weave into our original papers slits. It should come out to somthing looking like this! In this instance, I weaved the letter E.
